Ordering Instructions

Please read and follow these instructions carefully before you send us your order. Then click on "Place Order" at the bottom of the page.

What we need from you.

• Up to 14 digital photos (high quality .jpg or tiff format only)and/or graphics (eps or tiff format)
        OR
  
• Up to 14 photographs (no negatives or slides!) and/or escapable graphics (i.e., a poem, letter or other memorabilia)

(Please Note: An additional $5 scanning fee per photograph or graphic will be added to the cost of your collage keepsake order.)

Instructions for uploading DIGITAL Photos

After you place your order you will be sent instructions and an address to email your photos.

Instructions for mailing DIGITAL Photos

• Copy the digital photos you want included in your Collage to a ZIP disk or CD
  
• Label the Disk with your name, address, phone number.
• Send instructions either in a Word file included on the disk or a written note included in the package you mail to us indicating the name of the file you wish to be used as the Centerpiece of your Collage.
  
• Mail your disk and instructions to the address below by Priority mail and request the tracking number option from the post office to help ensure against loss. We cannot be responsible for disks that are lost in the mail.

If you are ordering more than one Collage Keepsake, you can put all your photos on one Zip Disk or CD, but you must indicate to us which photos go with which Collage. You can do this by giving us a list of the photo file names and indicating what Collage Keepsake they relate to, or you can separate your photo files into separate folders on the Disk and name each folder with the appropriate name for each Collage Keepsake you are ordering.

Note: Your Disk will be returned to you with your Collage Keepsake.

Instructions for mailing PHOTOGRAPHS

• Number each photo on the back beginning with number “1”.
  
• Number “1” should be the photo you wish to be the Centerpiece of the Collage Keepsake
  
• Keep a record of these numbers along with a description of the corresponding photo for your files as we will refer to them if we need to contact you with questions.
  
• Label each photo on the back with your last name and phone number
  
• Mail your photos to the address below by Priority mail and request the tracking number option to help ensure against loss. We cannot be responsible for photos that are lost in the mail
